Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Artel (“we”) collects through artel-ads.com and what we do with it. Details of the business behind Artel are on the Legal page.

What we collect

• Your name and the contact detail you choose to give us (email or phone).
• The link and message you add to the form, if any.
• Basic request data: IP address, the time you submitted the form, and the page you sent it from.

This site doesn’t use cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your request.
• To prepare the teardown or proposal you asked for.
• To keep spam out of our forms.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, our server forwards your request to our team through Telegram, the messaging service we use for internal notifications. Telegram processes that message on our behalf. You don’t need a Telegram account, and we don’t contact you there unless you ask us to.

Once your request has been forwarded, our web server doesn’t keep a copy. If forwarding fails, the request is held on the server (located in Finland, in the European Union) until we’ve picked it up, and then deleted.

How long we keep it

We keep your request no longer than we need to reply to you. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it. You can also ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@artel-ads.com and we’ll take care of it.
